Bryan Rafanelli's exquisite sense of style, attention to detail and ability to transform clients' visions into unforgettable celebrations have made him a go-to planner for the most exclusive and high-profile events. From Chelsea Clinton's "wedding of the decade" to fairytale-themed galas for Massachusetts General Hospital for Children to celebrations for the inauguration of President Barack Obama – he has produced it all.
Rafanelli's firm, Rafanelli Events, has one simple philosophy: every project presents a unique, creative challenge that deserves a one-of-a-kind approach. "My team listens to what you're imagining," he says, "then comes back with an idea you never even expected." The industry has noticed that personal touch. "He will do something beautiful, but also do something personal," says Millie Martini, Editor-in-Chief of Brides. "He channels what is really special about the couple."
Rafanelli has been named "Man of the Moment" by Town & Country, one of 25 "Trendsetters of the Year" by Modern Bride, and "Best in Boston" eight years running by Boston Magazine. His events have been highlight in numerous publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Cosmopolitan, Good Housekeeping, People, and more. Additionally, Rafanelli has shared his expertise on NBC's "The Today Show" and ABC's "Good Morning America.
Rafanelli launched Rafanelli Events in 1996 as a one-person operation executing three events per year. It has quickly evolved into a full-service event design, planning and production company with more than 100 events annually around the world and offices in Boston, New York, Washington DC and Palm Beach.
